CYBERDRIVE Airport Simulators are the most realistic and effective way to train safe and productive operators.
The containerised CYBERDRIVE simulator system is intended for customers with little or no established training infrastructure, or those seeking to move their systems from time to time. The simulator is housed in a 6m ISO container which is insulated, air-conditioned, heated and protected against the elements. The professionally designed and well-appointed interior creates a self-contained learning environment able to operate with the bare minimum of services and infrastructure, delivering cutting edge training to the operational front line.
The Fixed-Facility CYBERDRIVE simulator system is intended for more established customers and designed to be deployed into existing classrooms. The simulator offers all the features and capabilities of the containerised version, in a lighter, compact package.

SOUND
Feel the machine come alive
Authentic sound design plays a crucial role in creating a truly immersive training experience. Each simulator is equipped with a 5.1 surround sound system, delivering precise spatial audio that mirrors the real-world acoustic environment.
The roar of ARFF and jet engines, the surge of water pumps, and the wail of sirens are faithfully reproduced to capture the intensity of live emergency response operations. For snow removal vehicles, the deep rumble of diesel engines, the scrape of plough blades across icy surfaces, and the rhythmic sweep of rotary brushes are rendered with lifelike clarity. By accurately recreating these soundscapes, the simulators train operators to recognise and respond to the subtle sensory cues that guide instinctive reactions, enhance situational awareness, and ultimately improve operational performance.

Military-grade motion feedback system
Our unique and proprietary motion feedback systems have been refined over decades of development and thousands of hours of rigorous testing. With advanced 6 Degrees of Freedom (6 DoF) motion technology, our airside driving simulators deliver a true-to-life experience that mirrors every real-world vehicle movement, from lateral shifts and rotation to complex, multi-axis dynamics. This precision is vital for accurately simulating heavy equipment such as ARFF vehicles, runway sweepers, snow ploughs, tugs, trucks and other airport vehicles, where multiple motions occur simultaneously. Only 6 DoF motion systems are able to precisely reproduce complex dynamics such as driving over uneven terrain, heavy cornering, sliding or skidding in adverse weather conditions.
The more natural, responsive, and lifelike the motion cues, the greater the trainee’s immersion. Resulting in improved skill transfer to real-world operations and a reduced risk of motion sickness.
INSTRUCTOR STATION
Mission control for training
The instructor station acts as the nerve centre of the CYBERDRIVE simulator system, controlling functions such as power reticulation, lighting, HVAC, audio, and training session management.
Two swivel-mounted, HD display monitors offer the instructor an optimal vantage point during training sessions. These screens enable concurrent management of the training scenario and 3D ‘live view’ monitoring capability. Additionally, the monitors can be positioned to allow the student to view after-action replays or receive in-session coaching.
SCENARIO PLANNING AND CONTROL
Plan, monitor, coach, debrief
The CYBERDRIVE Simulator Manager is included with each FMS and gives the instructor a high degree of system control. Every training session can be viewed and controlled in real time via the Instructor Station, as well as thoroughly analysed post session with the After-Action Review system.

CYBERDRIVE simulator cabs are highly realistic replicas of the actual airport equipment, where instruments and controls look, feel and operate as they do in the actual airport vehicle. Where fitted, electronic steering feedback systems complement the realism of the driving experience, providing return-to-centre feedback and the sensation of tyre rotation and interaction with the terrain.
High quality replicated and OEM components are used to ensure seamless operator acclimatisation, optimal training benefit and transfer of skills to the real-world.
SIMULATOR CAB INTERCHANGEABILITY
Every CYBERDRIVE simulator cab is modular by design and easily detached from the motion platform and swapped for another airside driving simulator cab within minutes. This interchangeable architecture means a single base unit can support multiple equipment types without duplicating base unit costs. As your fleet or training requirements grow, additional cabs can be integrated with your existing simulator infrastructure, providing scalable expansion of training capability while minimising capital costs and maximising return on investment.
