Performed at the start of every shift or machine handover, these vital, inspections require a systematic process and thorough understanding of the underlying equipment and potential issues, all of which must be learned and retained.
The CYBERDRIVE VR Pre-Start Inspection Trainer gives your operators the ability to step into the virtual world and practice airport mandated and OEM recommended walk around inspections. The richly-detailed 3D equipment model and interactive digital checklist, allow student operators to familiarise themselves not only with the vehicles’ various inspection points, but more critically, the correct operating ranges for fluids, temps and pressures. Additionally, the ability to inject equipment damage or more subtle evidence of underlying defects, helps students to distinguish between acceptable wear and potentially dangerous damage, while also developing latent hazard identification skills.

Adaptive Assessments
Simulated equipment faults and worn components are deliberately randomised to prevent operators from memorising test sequences and thereby ensuring they have a deep understanding of the content.
Hazard Identification
The CYBERDRIVE VR Pre-start Inspection Trainer features detailed, simulated component failures such as fluid leaks, loose hoses, broken glass and worn components that are not feasible to replicate in the real world. Operators can learn to identify possible hazards early to prevent injury and reduce maintenance costs.
