Accurate Vehicle Replication
Simulated train behavioural dynamics are based on detailed mathematical models to provide accurate realism. These advanced train reality models calculate the complex interactions between locomotive, hoppers and tracks, including derailing the train under extreme circumstances.
Virtual Mine World
The CYBERMINE Underground Locomotive Simulator which includes the locomotive, optional hoppers and guard carriage, operates in a virtual 3D underground mine world consisting of tunnels, rails, loading points, chutes, tipping areas, battery bay and workshop. Artificially intelligent trains, chutes, guards, miners and other entities exist in the simulated mine world in support of the underground train operator training and evaluation process.
Actual client underground 3D mine sites are accurately modelled on request, including own operating procedures, artificially intelligent client mining equipment, load and haul routes and other areas required to impart training objectives
Training and Evaluation Tools
The CYBERMINE Underground Locomotive Simulator exercises may be configured to address various training requirements, including operations in areas of differing slopes, dealing with other vehicles and personnel in the tunnels, sub-system failures and advanced emergency situations.
The locomotive operator’s performance is continually monitored and recorded. These performance reports together with the instructor’s after-action review capability provide a complete underground train simulator training and evaluation system.
