Construction Bulldozer Simulators
CYBERQUIP Bulldozer Simulators ensure efficient and safe operation in real world conditions.
Efficient and effective operation of the modern bulldozer can have a significant impact on construction site safety and productivity. Bulldozers fulfil vital roles at construction sites, being responsible for ground levelling, overburden clearing and ripping. The CYBERQUIP range of bulldozer simulators promotes safety of operation and consistently high levels of dozer operator efficiency by using state-of-the-art simulation techniques.
CYBERQUIP Bulldozer Simulators come in both tracked and wheeled variants and are designed to hone and evaluate dozing, carrying, spreading and ripping techniques, depending on the specific equipment and blade type being simulated.
Accurate Vehicle Replication
All simulated bulldozer dynamics are mathematically modelled to provide accurate behavioural realism. CYBERQUIP advanced soil interaction models for dozing allow the instructor to specify soil cutting and traction properties, requiring the dozer operator to exercise correct propulsion, blade and ripper articulation techniques for the various terrain types in order to obtain effective results.
Virtual Construction World
CYBERQUIP Dozer Simulators are delivered with a highly realistic, 3D operating construction world which is based on a real construction site, complete with artificially intelligent automated equipment such as dump trucks, excavators, motor graders and LDVs to support the dozer training and evaluation process. An optional large rear screen fitted internal to the base-unit of the simulator provides for out-of-cab views while reversing or ripping.
Training and Evaluation Tools
CYBERQUIP Bulldozer Simulator exercises may be configured to address various training requirements, including operations with different soil types, handling of subterranean boulders, ramp construction, varying weather conditions, night operations, sub-system failures and advanced emergency situations.
The CYBERQUIP Dozer Simulator continually monitors and records dozer operator actions, including blade articulation, blade load and track slippage, together with adherence to safety procedures, correct equipment handling techniques and response to emergency situations and failures. The resultant performance reports together with the instructor’s after-action review capability provide a complete training and evaluation system.
CYBERQUIP Bulldozer Simulators provide an excellent dozer operator training and evaluation tool for all operators of this equipment type in order to optimise safety and improve productivity.
