ThoroughTec to Exhibit Workforce Training and Performance Optimisation Solutions at MINExpo 2021
ThoroughTec Simulation, the worlds’ leading supplier of mine workforce training and performance optimisation solutions, will be demonstrating their complete range of technology and services at MINExpo in Las Vegas, this September on stand 4639, central hall.
At the heart of their Workforce Excellence eco-system is the first-in-class, WX TMS (Training Management System), a purpose-built ERPM-level software platform to digitise, centralise and streamline the planning, control and reporting of all mine training activities.
“Our WX TMS brings mine training into the digital revolution, digitizing traditionally paper-based and manual tasks while consolidating all learning content, scheduling, qualifications, reporting and records into a single, unified system,” says Justin Collins, CEO of ThoroughTec Simulation. Adjunct to the WX TMS is WX Analytics. Collins describes this as a “truly revolutionary system, taking mine workforce optimisation to the next level!” It does so by combining in-pit operator monitoring with AI-driven analytics to deliver highly-targeted training interventions, which are aimed at surgically eliminating bad practices and driving operator performance continuously upwards.
Always a crowd-puller, ThoroughTec will naturally also be displaying their very latest, 5th generation CYBERMINE simulators for both surface and underground operations. Visitors will be able to experience the awesome Cat 793F haul truck simulator and amazing Sandvik DD422i drill rig simulators.
“Our hi-fidelity training simulators remain the cornerstone of our integrated training eco-system, allowing us to directly influence workforce performance by shaping operator behaviour in a highly-realistic yet safe, cost-effective and controlled environment,” says Collins.
Rounding out the products on display will be a selection of interactive E-learning modules as well as a digital Pre-Trip Inspection system, all of which are designed and produced in-house, so as to be natively integrated into the CYBERMINE training eco-system.
Finally, Collins notes that ThoroughTec is “extremely proud and excited to announce that in support of our global partnership with Caterpillar, we will be exhibiting our latest generation Cat 7495 electric rope shovel simulator on the Caterpillar stand in the main hall.”
Due to Covid-19 protocols, visitors are encouraged to book personal demonstrations via cybermine@thoroughtec.com.
