Performed at the start of every shift or machine handover, these vital, inspections require a systematic process and thorough understanding of the underlying equipment and potential issues, all of which must be learned and retained.
The CYBERMINE VR Pre-Start Inspection Trainer gives your operators the ability to step into the virtual world and practice site mandated and OEM recommended walk around inspections. The richly-detailed 3D equipment model and interactive digital checklist, allow student operators to familiarise themselves not only with the machines various inspection points, but more critically, the correct operating ranges for fluids, temps and pressures. Additionally, the ability to inject equipment damage or more subtle evidence of underlying defects, helps students to distinguish between acceptable wear and potentially dangerous damage, while also developing latent hazard identification skills.

Hazard Identification
The CYBERMINE VR Pre-start Inspection Trainer features detailed, simulated component failures such as fluid leaks, loose hoses, broken glass and worn components that are not feasible to replicate in the real world. Operators can learn to identify possible hazards early to prevent injury and reduce maintenance costs.
